11 Tips to Develop Your INTUITION

We are living in a world of fear and anxieties but amidst of all these our intuition is what speaks to us constantly the truth. That is our inner wisdom, our inner being, the true self.

The ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning. It is our inner wisdom.

“We shall allow our intuition to guide us” so that we become more happy and relaxed within our inner being. How to do it?

How do we recognize our intuition?

Here are some very amazing ways to know our intuitions:-

 We hear from people all the time saying how can I hear my intuition?

 Do I have an intuition?  Or is that just for psychics?

And the  answer is:-  no every human being has an intuition if you have ever walked into a room and met someone and felt shhhhhh—-: something’s off here or you’ll get a feeling .

Sometimes it says you; know what, I should call someone. I should call my friend and then they call you: you start to say- hey I just thought of you to call:

That’s your intuition picking up messages. So how can you really fully develop your intuition and harness its power to allow you to live the best life that’s really possible for you.

Let us understand the ways how we can really develop our Intuition.

1. Feel more: think less:-

The mind thinks, every time chattering away, argues with itself like a crazy. Intuition, on the other hand, feels and it is mild soft voice. If you’re not sure whether you’re listening to your fearful mind or your trustworthy intuition, see if you can differentiate whether you’re thinking or feeling. Just relax: – What does your body say allow your body to speak to you?  That’s the surest way that you can really begin to tune into your intuition.

2. Meditate:-

To know your intuition meditation is one of the most powerful ways of clearing your mind of inner thoughts, worries, and over thinking. Everyday 5-7 minutes of meditation can help you tune your deeper feelings, desires, and needs.

You may have insights that come up during the meditation, or they may arise later after you are in a more calm and centered state of mind. Remind yourself to pay attention to any ideas that come in your mind and heart. Feel them and you are clear of what you want.

 These thoughts can arise example:-Hmm. I like the way that person makes me feel let me talk to him/her or Hmm:- Maybe you’re just sitting on your couch or on your bed as your body is open.

And you’re breathing you can think about some choices that lay ahead of you whether it’s about leaving a relationship or staying in it.

3. Recognize when your intuition speaks:-

Very importantly, in order to be able to use your intuition, one must be able to recognize it when it speaks to you. Intuition usually isn’t loud or demanding — it’s soft and speaks in different ways for every individuals.

For example, you may receive visual messages, such as images that appear in quick flashes or visions that unfold slowly, like a serials or slide show. To know what your intuition speaks you need to be tune with your body.

4. Get in tune with your body:-

One of the fastest ways to listen the little voice in your heart that knows more than you could ever hope for is to exist fully in your body. It is your inner voice, inner knowledge that speaks to you.

This might sound weird, but if you believe that we are all one and that all knowledge is at our fingertips because we are said to be internet age we find anything by a click-then you theoretically can access all of the knowledge of the universe simply by being your whole self.

This may not be same for every individuals:- different things to different people.  Stay in touch with your loveable self and there you are to know your intuitions.

5. Prepare your subconscious before sleep:-

 This is best point to know and recognize my own intuition because it helps me lot. What you must do is that before you go to bed at night, give instructions to your subconscious mind. If you have a decision or problem you want to work out or an idea you want to develop, any relationship which is bothering you, ask your mind to come up with the answers while you sleep.  This is very tremendous way to get in touch with our inner being. Believe me it speaks to us.

Put a reminder on your bedside table so that you can ask yourself for the answer when you wake up in the morning.

6. Spend time in nature:-

Spend time in nature

 Nature and we, God has created us such creatures that we belong to each other and we need to help each other. There’s something very special about being outside. It can help you understand that we’re all one in a way that nothing else seems to touch.

Being in the natural world, away from technology and the cognitive mind other temptations, distractions, can open up the kind of intuition we needed when we as a species lived outdoors and relied upon it to keep us safe from the elements and other true fears. So be away little outside the house to get in touch with the nature otherwise you start to lose touch with your inner voice.

Of course, not everyone has the forest right outside their door, but even just going to a park, sitting next to some water or putting your bare feet in the grass, mud and sand is enough to connect you to the bigger picture and therefore, be outside sometime to get touch with your inner voice.

7. Talk to Your Higher self (inner self):-

Intuition is yourself, your higher self (the inner being). Creator, the Universe, or your soul are all patiently waiting your instruction, more than happy to guide you. Therefore why don’t we humans just go out of every home our comfort zone, happy relationships, and enjoy eternal good health. We have forgotten how to communicate such things to the universe.

 Let us ask questions

Receiving wisdom from your intuition shouldn’t be a passive experience. Get specific about the information you need and what kind of answers:-

How do you speak to yourself? Do you say ‘I am always sick’ or ‘I love being healthy’? Consider and consciously choose your inner talks and language. In both statements, you may really want to be healthy. But the statements differ, and they send different signals to the Universe. Choose your dialogue wisely to ensure your desires don’t get scattered. And you forget to hear your intuition.

8. Find your Expression:-

The emotions and feelings you have are directly linked to your intuition. In order to access it, you need to find safe ways to express these things. For this you need to pay attention to sudden feelings. Such as:-

Have you ever noticed that your mood changes suddenly? Or you walk in a room of people and feel uneasy? You feel that it’s something wrong over here. 

To become clearer to our intuitions we need to allow our intuition a place to play, whether it’s painting, writing, cooking, drawing, playing an instrument or singing in the shower, or just singing the most loved song of your heart, there is less of a chance it will feel like it can speak up anywhere. So find a way to express yourself, your emotions and your feelings, and your intuition will flourish.

9. Live in the present (now):-

It becomes difficult for your intuition to speak to you if your mind is in the past or the future.

The quote from Lao Tzu:-   “If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present.”

Because the ego is not your true self, it can only exist by drawing on external sources. It feeds on the past:-who you think you are, based on past experiences, memories etc…etc.  And the future:-who you think you want to be, based on beliefs and perceptions drawn from external influences.  As long as you identify with your mind and the ego-self that it presents, it will remain your biggest obstacle to enlightenment.

The gift intuition works best when the mind is in the present. Pain caused in the past can take over the mind. The future can seem frightening. What is on the other side of today or even an hour from now. At this point even when the intuitive process could send you signals loud and clear, your fear will allow the subconscious mind to override those signals. Therefore As you go deeper into your Being and become permanently connected, you need to become aware of that voice in your head and watch your emotionswhich are a reflection of your thoughts and dissolve the pain-body.

10. Learn from the past:-

 Yes dear friends we all have our past, our upbringing, social background, relations etc. Recall a negative experience from your past, mainly something occurred recent. Before this thing happened, think back to whether you got any feelings that urged you to steer clear.

Maybe you got a gut feeling something wasn’t right. Maybe you had a foreshadowing dream or a vision. If so, did you pay attention to that feeling, dream, or vision, or did you talk yourself out of it? Try to remember exactly how you felt. Recall as many details as possible. The more you can get in touch with the part of the past, you become more aware of your feelings and there you are to hear your clear intuition.

11. Trust yourself:-

 Trusting oneself is more important. We all are unique and we are created by our creator for a purpose. Therefore let us trust ourselves. The more faith you demonstrate in your intuition, the greater the results will be.

Whether you want to make better decisions, solve problems faster, or create winning plans for your life, solve any relationship problem, you will achieve your goal faster   and more effectively when you tune into your intuition and listen to what your inner wisdom has to say. So be in the present and listen to your intuitions.

Life is busy, and in the rush to cross off items on our daily activity, it’s easy to forget to stop and tune into our higher intelligence. But your most valuable wisdom comes when you are most open to receiving it.

Therefore let us devote time every day – multiple times a day, if necessary – to consciously give your intuition center stage. This is especially important when you’re being asked to take any important decisions.

So be tune to your higher self and live in the present. So use the tips above, but if you do only one thing, it’s follow through. Trust your intuition, and it will never leave you wrong.

  1. Life is full of memory,past ,present and future its all depends on our innerself thinking by meditating and feeling ourself with intution…….. Everything can be felt only if we r conscious ….waw what a easy methods but people just forget this little things and do extra activities to live a life …. Isn’t it??
